What you will do

• Manage a team of platform engineers to drive delivery and innovation on the agentic SDLC platform.
• Partner with Engineering Leadership to scope and deliver infrastructure for autonomous coding agents.
• Mentor and grow developers in agent frameworks, developer tooling, and platform engineering.
• Maintain software excellence via CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments, and observability.
• Report team impact, adoption metrics, and quality guardrails to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Recruiting to hire and scale the platform engineering organization.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Software Development management experience leading platform, DevEx, or infrastructure teams.
• Strong technical background in developer tooling, CI/CD, containerization, and distributed systems.
• Proven track record in technical design and project management.
• Experience in hiring and coaching diverse engineering teams.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM agent frameworks, MCP tooling, or agentic coding infrastructure.
• History of shipping AI coding agents or impactful DevEx initiatives.
