What you will do

• Manage and grow a multidisciplinary team of AI Engineers, Software Developers, and ML/LLM specialists.
• Own the successful delivery of AI software engineering initiatives within defined scope, timeline, and budget.
• Establish technical best practices and engineering standards for high-quality project execution.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and provide solution support across projects.
• Oversee team performance through regular reviews, coaching, and workload management.
• Coordinate AI delivery projects utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies in partnership with the PMO.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, AI Engineer, or Solutions Architect in AI software delivery (SaaS).
• Proven experience in people management, including conflict resolution and employee relations.
• Strong development skills in Python, Java, Node.js, APIs, SDKs, and cloud-based platforms.
• Expertise in AI/ML frameworks and LLM integration.
• Must be based in the USA
