• Lead hirify.global’s AI Orchestration Zone in partnership with Product and Design, co-owning strategic initiatives.
• Prototype and push the boundaries of applied AI to deliver impactful, production-ready features.
• Build and mentor a world-class engineering organization, fostering technical excellence.
• Drive a culture of innovation and technical rigor, balancing exploration with execution.
• Foster cross-functional alignment with Product, Design, and Go-to-Market partners.
• Champion engineering excellence, guiding architectural decisions and evolving AI infrastructure.
