Sr. Director of Engineering (AI): Leading the AI Orchestration engineering organization to innovate and deliver AI-powered automation solutions with an accent on scaling LLM-powered products and unifying core AI capabilities. Focus on building a world-class engineering team, driving technical strategy, and transforming hirify.global into an intelligent orchestration platform.

Location: Remote (Must be based in NAMER or EMEA)

Salary: $373,200 – $559,800 (USA), €240,500 – €360,700 (EMEA), CA$373,200 – CA$559,800 (Canada)

What you will do

  • Lead the AI Orchestration Zone, unifying core AI capabilities to create differentiated customer experiences.
  • Prototype and experiment with new models and tools to deliver production-ready AI features.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing engineering organization, fostering technical excellence and velocity.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Go-to-Market partners to define the AI roadmap and execute company strategy.
  • Guide architectural decisions and evolve AI infrastructure for reliability and scalability.
  • Define the future of AI-powered automation to evolve hirify.global into an intelligent orchestration platform.

Requirements

  • Hands-on technical leadership experience at the intersection of AI/ML innovation and product impact.
  • Proven track record of shipping user-facing LLM features and tuning models.
  • Ability to develop a strategic vision and translate it into successful execution.
  • Strong experience mentoring engineers and leaders and increasing talent density.
  • Expertise in making pragmatic architectural tradeoffs to deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Must be based in NAMER or EMEA regions.
