What you will do

• Define and execute the AI vision aligned with the overall product and platform strategy.
• Lead development of AI-powered features such as fraud detection, smart personalization, and intelligent automation.
• Champion AI use cases in open banking to power smarter financial decisions through predictive analytics.
• Drive the integration of third-party AI tools and services into the platform via APIs and SDKs.
• Oversee the full AI/ML lifecycle, including ideation, experimentation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Hire, mentor, and grow a high-performing global team of ML engineers and data scientists.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Deep expertise in machine learning, generative AI (LLMs), NLP, and real-time decisioning systems.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML into enterprise SaaS platforms; fintech or banking domain experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Open Banking standards, APIs, and cloud-native ML platforms (GCP preferred).
• Strong understanding of responsible AI principles, data privacy, and security.
• Must be based in the US (Virtual/Georgia).
