What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of marketing managers to elevate U.S. marketing output.
• Maintain strategic oversight of brand consistency and value articulation for NCAA and NFL touchpoints.
• Design and oversee the U.S. Account-Based Marketing (ABM) engine to engage high-value accounts.
• Synthesize data to recommend strategic trade-offs in alignment with Sales VPs and product heads.
• Evaluate collective U.S. marketing spend to maximize budget ROI and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of marketing experience, including 1–2 years of team leadership.
• BS or BA in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
• Must be based within commuting distance of Lincoln, Nebraska.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% to national conferences.
• Ability to analyze market reports and revenue targets to guide prioritization.
