What you will do

• Maintain AP mailboxes for three entities and create new suppliers within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Process and review supplier invoices and prepare weekly payment lists for approval.
• Manage employee expenses through Concur and reconcile credit card statements.
• Prepare AP payment journals and assist in financial calculations and reporting.
• Support annual statutory audits by preparing required documentation and schedules.
• Collaborate with the wider finance team to ensure completeness and accuracy of transactions.

Requirements

• High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Excel and strong numerical skills.
• Must be based in London, United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable.
