What you will do

• Support end-to-end campaign execution: plan, launch, and optimize user acquisition on Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging platforms.
• Participate in creative testing: brainstorm ad concepts with designers and copywriters, test hypotheses, and scale winners.
• Analyze data: build dashboards, track KPIs, automate workflows, and derive insights for growth.
• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to shape user behavior-driven strategies.
• Experiment with new channels, formats, and ideas, learning from senior marketers and platform partners.

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• Recent graduate or up to 2 years in performance marketing, digital growth, paid media, or analytics
• Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Sheets skills; SQL or BI tool as bonus
• Creative curiosity for testing ideas and audience resonance
• Collaborative communicator thriving in fast-paced teams
• AI enthusiasm combined with marketing fundamentals and bias for action
