What you will do

• Develop, execute, and optimize email campaigns to support various company activities.
• Collaborate with product marketing, brand, sales, copyediting, localization, and design teams to create tailored campaigns.
• Support high-priority business initiatives, including the marketing of AI tools.
• Analyze email performance metrics and user behavior to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct A/B testing on email content, subject lines, and CTAs to maximize conversions.
• Use marketing automation tools to scale campaigns across multiple languages and regions.

Requirements

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in marketing, with a focus on email, digital, or content marketing.
• Ability to learn quickly and navigate large volumes of information.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a distributed team.
• Must be located in one of the specified European cities or Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience with marketing automation tools such as Marketo or HubSpot.
• Experience in software or technology marketing.
• General understanding of HTML or CSS.
• Familiarity with GDPR and other email marketing regulations.
