Location: Elastic hybrid from Gdynia/Gdańsk (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Salary: 1000-1200 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure high-quality IT solutions delivery
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into user stories and features for agile teams
• Design and contribute to advanced data and analytics solutions within the Data Platform
• Manage delivery dependencies across multiple teams and organizational units
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and expected outcomes
• Ensure data quality, hygiene, and integrity across data products

Requirements

• Min 7+ years relevant experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with solution-oriented approach
• Experience with complex end-to-end business requirements
• Excellent communication skills for technical and business users
• Ownership and independence in managing tasks, features, and user stories
• Familiarity with basic concepts in machine learning, CI/CD pipelines, and big data ecosystems
• SQL (must-have), Hive (must-have)

Nice to have

• Banking domain knowledge
• Apache Spark, Python
• Big Data platforms, architectures, agile tooling (Jira, Confluence)
