What you will do

• Analyze client processes and workflows to identify operational inefficiencies and improvement opportunities within healthcare environments.
• Document business requirements and define scope boundaries using functional decomposition and use cases.
• Provide domain expertise to delivery teams to ensure solutions align with real-world healthcare requirements, regulations, and standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define the future state of business capabilities and maintain engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Advise teams on industry trends and best practices to guide solution design and support account growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years specifically in business analysis.
• Proven experience in the healthcare industry with a solid understanding of its operational environment and challenges.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and requirements lifecycle management (elicitation, documentation, prioritization, and validation).
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher required for effective communication in a multicultural environment.
• Ability to proactively identify client challenges and translate them into solution improvement opportunities.
