TL;DR

Strategic Account Executive (Enterprise Sales): Driving growth within the promotional product industry by identifying and closing new distributor accounts with an accent on building strategic relationships with top 100 distributors and Fortune 1000 companies. Focus on leading a consultative sales process, designing scalable on-demand production solutions, and managing a high-value pipeline to drive long-term GMV growth.

What you will do

  • Prospect, develop, and close strategic relationships with top 100 promotional distributors and fast-growing independents.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and discovery through to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Partner with distributor leadership to design scalable solutions across ecommerce stores and on-demand product programs.
  • Drive early program activation post-sale, ensuring distributor partners successfully launch and generate initial revenue.
  • Manage a pipeline of $10M+ in annualized opportunity and deliver against quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to scope custom product assortments, pricing models, and fulfillment workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales or business development.
  • Strong familiarity with distributor business models and industry platforms like commonsku, Facilisgroup, or PromoStandards.
  • Demonstrated success closing six- and seven-figure deals with complex buying groups.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Willingness to travel to key client sites, trade shows, and industry events.

Nice to have

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and print-on-demand (POD) technology.
  • Knowledge of decoration methods (embroidery, DTFilm, DTG, laser engraving) and fulfillment logistics.
