What you will do

  • Evolve the UK&I Transport vision and strategy in collaboration with the CEO, product teams, and sales organization.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement with national and regional governments, political figures, and senior industry leaders.
  • Direct and set objectives for supporting trade organizations to align with and contribute to business growth.
  • Develop stakeholder mapping and communication plans to influence market perceptions and gather intelligence.
  • Collaborate with bid teams to draft high-quality tenders, including executive summaries and strategic sections.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and in the media.

Requirements

  • Experience acting as a trusted advisor within large, complex business environments (e.g., business consulting).
  • Demonstrable success in tailored communication for influencing customer needs and eliciting actions.
  • Proven experience in planning and delivering stakeholder engagement plans that change market opinions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom to support the hybrid work model across specified locations.

Nice to have

  • Experience working within a complex matrix organization and presenting to C-suite stakeholders.
  • Management of a portfolio of large strategic accounts, specifically within the transport vertical.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budget management, P&L, and ROI business cases.
  • Strong mentoring and development skills for other team members.
