What you will do
- Automate processes and optimize communication sequences.
- Contact potential customers and qualify existing leads through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Use tools to measure potential customer websites and prepare outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Account Executive teams to refine the sales process based on customer requirements.
Requirements
- Passion, strong powers of persuasion, resilience and negotiating skills
- Independent, communicative and service-oriented behavior
- Language skills in German (advanced) and English (business fluent).
- Place of residence: Hamburg or surrounding area
Nice to have
- First practical experience as Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative or in a similar sales role (preferably in B2B Software-as-a-Service)
- Skills in working with software and CRM systems (Google Suite, Slack and Hubspot)
- Fluent 1st or 2nd mother tongue: English, French, Italian, Spanish, Eastern European (diverse)
