What you’ll do

  • Own end-to-end paid acquisition strategy for sourcing expert contributors across STEM, engineering, law, medicine, and other domains
  • Manage ad channel strategy on LinkedIn and other platforms, including deployment, budget allocation, targeting, and creative iteration
  • Build demand forecasting models using Salesforce and sales pipeline data to set proactive sourcing targets by domain
  • Design and own growth operations dashboards covering impressions, clicks, cost per sign-up, activation rate, CAC, and domain match rate
  • Ensure data attribution across channels with engineering and analytics, while analyzing organic traffic
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams for rapid campaign deployment and manage weekly performance reporting with budget recommendations

Requirements

  • 5+ years in growth operations, performance marketing, demand generation, or related roles in high-growth environments
  • Proven experience managing paid acquisition campaigns at scale, ideally on LinkedIn, job boards, or talent platforms
  • Experience building demand forecasting models with scenario planning
  • Strong analytical skills using SQL
  • Track record managing cross-functional teams for fast campaign execution
  • Prior experience with operations-heavy models like marketplaces, staffing, or workforce platforms
  • Excellent communication for presenting metrics to leadership
