What you will do

• Translate growth strategy and targets into coordinated channel and market-level plans.
• Own delivery and performance across a portfolio of channels, brands, and markets.
• Manage and optimize significant budgets with accountability for registrations, efficiency, and quality.
• Analyze cross-market and cross-channel performance to identify patterns, risks, and scaling opportunities.
• Partner with Growth Creative, Product, and Analytics teams to improve creative performance and testing velocity.
• Surface actionable insights and clear recommendations to shape future strategic direction.

Requirements

• 6–9 years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven experience managing multi-channel, multi-market portfolios.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to make decisions with imperfect information.
• Data-driven and analytical mindset with a bias toward action.
• Must be based in New York, NY or Austin, TX.
