What you will do

• Manage day-to-day administration and accounting, including calls, distributions, and quarterly valuations.
• Handle bookkeeping for various fund structures and prepare periodic bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly investor reports and annual financial statements.
• Coordinate the completion of routine audit queries.
• Maintain accurate records using eFront.
• Support the induction and training of trainee staff.

Requirements

• Full Guernsey work rights are required; visa sponsorship or work permits are not provided.
• Studying towards a professional qualification (preferably ACCA or ACA).
• 1+ years of relevant experience, ideally within Financial Services.
• Strong computer literacy and numerical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for client and colleague relationship management.
