Location: Manchester, UK — 5 days per week onsite

Salary: £41,650 – £56,000

What you will do

• Lead the configuration and optimization of Business Central finance modules.
• Act as the primary bridge between finance users and technical teams.
• Perform business process analysis to recommend and implement system improvements.
• Design workflows and deliver technical solutions to meet operational needs.
• Manage system testing, training, and user adoption.
• Support the integration between Salesforce and Business Central.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central (Finance modules).
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).
• Strong understanding of finance processes and internal controls.
• Previous experience working within NGO, charity, or non-profit environments.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.

• Familiarity with Power Platform.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
