What you will do

• Lead Social Media and Content Strategy across the USA, Canada, and Latin America to ensure brand consistency.
• Develop global employer branding assets for hirify.global and Shopfully to support talent attraction.
• Execute content plans across LinkedIn, Instagram, newsletters, and corporate websites.
• Produce high-impact content including videos, ebooks, and case studies from concept to performance analysis.
• Amplify executive presence on LinkedIn and drive employee advocacy programs.
• Manage corporate websites using WordPress CMS and coordinate with external agencies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation and social media management with a strong editorial mindset.
• Exceptional copywriting skills for both external and internal strategic messaging.
• Ability to translate complex business priorities into high-impact content.
• Deep understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram algorithms and formats.
• Professional-level fluency in spoken and written Spanish is required.
• Must be based in Canada.
