Focus on building compelling stage lineups, coordinating moderators and interview slots, and delivering weekly outreach reporting while working closely with cross-functional event teams.

Location: Based in the 605 Third Avenue, NY office (New York, United States)

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 (based on experience)

What you will do

  • Track fintech trends in Latin America and recommend event formats, styles, and technology for the Fintech Americas team.
  • Conduct research (desk, phone, and face-to-face) to identify hot topics and secure high-quality speakers.
  • Manage content delivery by handling speaker bookings, panel discussions, interview slots, and moderator acquisition.
  • Support other shows within the Money20/20 event series to contribute to their success.
  • Provide weekly updates on outreach, confirmations, pipeline progress, blockers, call-for-content status, timelines, and risks.
  • Collaborate with content operations to grow and maintain the speaker database.

Requirements

  • Spanish fluency is required.
  • Exceptional communication skills to convey complex ideas to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, including confidence presenting to senior executives.
  • Experience or strong interest in live-event storytelling and the financial services/fintech/payments landscape.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced live events environment and meet tight deadlines.
