TL;DR

Bilingual Member Support Specialist (Medtech): Providing high-quality support to members, physicians, and pharmacies regarding pharmacy benefits in English and Spanish with an accent on one-call resolution and HIPAA compliance. Focus on resolving complex triage pathways and delivering a patient-centric member experience.

Location: Must be located locally in Lehi, UT or Plano, TX (Hybrid onsite/remote)

Salary: $21.50 per hour

A venture-backed Health-Tech company disrupting the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) sector by building a next-generation drug acquisition platform.

What you will do

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in English and Spanish for members, physicians, and pharmacies.
  • Resolve, document, and route member issues to ensure one-call resolution.
  • Educate members on their pharmacy benefits and provide a world-class member experience.
  • Maintain PPI and HIPAA compliance when handling sensitive health information.
  • Navigate complex triage pathways to solve customer requests with a high sense of urgency.

Requirements

  • Must be located locally in Lehi, UT or Plano, TX.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is required.
  • 2+ years of experience working in a bilingual call center environment.
  • Proven track record of resolving complex issues within a contact center.
  • Proficiency in Mac and Google Suite.
  • HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Talkdesk, or other CRM tools.
  • Prior experience with employer benefits, insurance, prescriptions, or medical billing.
