Patient Engagement Associate

Patient Engagement Associate (Pediatrics): Telephonic outreach to prospective members including parents and caregivers to enroll them in Imagine’s app-based technology with an accent on overcoming objections and scheduling enrollment visits. Focus on leveraging reporting and dashboards to prioritize outreach and meeting monthly engagement targets.

Location: Remote from continental United States (Central or Eastern time zones required: 9:00am-5:30pm or 11:00am-7:30pm)

Salary: $20-$22 per hour + monthly bonus

What you will do

• Conduct telephonic outreach to families, guide them through downloading the Imagine app and scheduling enrollment visits.
• Communicate services effectively and address parent objections.
• Represent hirify.global to families of medically complex children.
• Support outreach to non-engaged and engaged patients in coordination with Local Outreach Team.
• Use reporting and dashboards to prioritize outreach efforts.
• Meet or exceed monthly engagement targets.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience in outreach, customer service, or call center with outbound communication
• Bilingual Spanish required
• Passionate about care for children with medical complexity
• Adaptable to fast-paced startup environment
