What you will do

  • Provide support to the full customer base via various channels, resolving complex product and technical inquiries.
  • Guide customers on best practices for revenue cycle management, claims submission, payment processing, and denial management.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify trends and recommend corrective actions for recurring issues.
  • Collaborate with payers, clearinghouses, and internal engineering teams to resolve escalated issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations.
  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls while meeting quality benchmarks and resolution time metrics.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer, technical, or billing support (preferably in healthcare SaaS).
  • Strong understanding of medical billing workflows, insurance claims, and payment processing.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security best practices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot SaaS-based platforms and experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes is a plus.
  • Must be based in the United States.
