What you will do
- Provide support to the full customer base via various channels, resolving complex product and technical inquiries.
- Guide customers on best practices for revenue cycle management, claims submission, payment processing, and denial management.
- Perform root cause analysis to identify trends and recommend corrective actions for recurring issues.
- Collaborate with payers, clearinghouses, and internal engineering teams to resolve escalated issues.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations.
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls while meeting quality benchmarks and resolution time metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer, technical, or billing support (preferably in healthcare SaaS).
- Strong understanding of medical billing workflows, insurance claims, and payment processing.
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot SaaS-based platforms and experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes is a plus.
- Must be based in the United States.
