What you will do

Requirements

• Extensive experience in software engineering.
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams, preferably in a platform engineering context.
• Experience or strong interest in financial technology (Fintech).
• Proficiency in managing the full SDLC, including agile processes, estimation, and project planning.
• Must have legal authorization to work in Poland on the first day of employment.
