TL;DR
AVP, PRISM Scrum Master (Fintech): Leading multiple agile scrum teams for strategic initiatives within the Credit organization with an accent on SAFe principles and servant leadership. Focus on removing roadblocks, facilitating PI planning, and ensuring continuous delivery across diverse IT teams.
Location: Hybrid; Must be based in the US near a Hub (e.g., Alpharetta, GA) and have legal authorization to work in the US
Salary: $90,000 - $155,000 Annual

What you will do
- Lead multiple agile scrum teams executing strategic initiatives within PRISM ARTs and Large Solutions.
- Facilitate SAFe ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Demos, and PI Planning events.
- Manage diverse IT teams including application architects, data engineers, developers, QA, and UX designers.
- Collaborate across the organization and with 3rd parties to align with PI Commitments and remove impediments.
- Generate and analyze progress reports, such as burn-down charts and iteration velocity.
- Partner with Product Owners to ensure requirements are shaped and deliverables meet iteration timelines.
Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required (No visa sponsorship available)
- Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of Technology experience, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in project management or as a Scrum Master with a strong understanding of Agile.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in developing and implementing information systems.
- Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of Scrum tools such as Jira.
- Experience managing outsourced vendors.
- Strong conflict resolution, mentoring, and coaching skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements to effectively manage resources and test efforts.
