Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 Base | $90,000 - $100,000 OTE

What you will do

• Support clients and internal teams in implementing hirify.global for new and existing customers
• Scope customer needs to ensure solutions address their problems
• Project manage implementations end-to-end to meet timelines, communicating updates to stakeholders
• Configure implementations per best practices to maximize adoption and revenue
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success, escalating issues as needed
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on troubleshooting, feedback, and enhancements
• Develop and document processes and best practices
• Identify opportunities to improve existing processes for hirify.global’s growth

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant implementation or onboarding experience
• 1+ year in a customer-facing role managing stakeholders and timelines
• Strong project management and prioritization skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with JIRA, Hubspot, Salesforce, and similar customer record systems
• Experience with HCM and HR Tech preferred
• General curiosity and desire to learn
