What you will do
- Identify, attract, and onboard new partners (distributors, resellers, system integrators) across EMEA
- Build and manage a portfolio of partners with segmentation, performance tracking, and optimization
- Develop and execute partner business plans focused on revenue growth and pipeline generation
- Enable partners through training, positioning, and joint go-to-market activities
- Drive co-selling motions and support partners in closing deals
- Act as key link between partners and internal teams (sales, marketing, product)
- Monitor and grow partner-driven revenue and pipeline
Requirements
- 3–5 years in sales, ideally direct sales evolving to partner/channel role
- At least 2–3 years managing partners or channel ecosystems
- Proven ability to hunt for and onboard new partners
- Strong understanding of channel dynamics in SaaS/software environments
- Structured, organized, able to build scalable partner frameworks
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience across EMEA markets
Nice to have
- Experience in cybersecurity or application security
- Background with technical or developer-focused solutions
- Exposure to distribution-led go-to-market models
