TL;DR

Location: Leuven (BE), hybrid work model across EMEA; experience across EMEA markets highly relevant.

What you will do

  • Identify, attract, and onboard new partners (distributors, resellers, system integrators) across EMEA
  • Build and manage a portfolio of partners with segmentation, performance tracking, and optimization
  • Develop and execute partner business plans focused on revenue growth and pipeline generation
  • Enable partners through training, positioning, and joint go-to-market activities
  • Drive co-selling motions and support partners in closing deals
  • Act as key link between partners and internal teams (sales, marketing, product)
  • Monitor and grow partner-driven revenue and pipeline

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in sales, ideally direct sales evolving to partner/channel role
  • At least 2–3 years managing partners or channel ecosystems
  • Proven ability to hunt for and onboard new partners
  • Strong understanding of channel dynamics in SaaS/software environments
  • Structured, organized, able to build scalable partner frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Experience across EMEA markets

Nice to have

  • Experience in cybersecurity or application security
  • Background with technical or developer-focused solutions
  • Exposure to distribution-led go-to-market models
