Location: Hybrid in Munich, Berlin, London & Germany Remote

What you will do

  • Strategically position hirify.global's multi-suite hybrid solution with decision makers in SMB and Midmarket segments.
  • Manage the entire sales process and ensure smooth handover to Customer Success Team.
  • Develop compelling sales plans to unlock new opportunities in your territory.
  • Drive revenue growth with a multi-touch channel approach and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Document activities accurately in CRM and forecast future revenue (ARR).
  • Consistently exceed individual sales quotas and advance your career.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Germany, UK, or able to work remotely within these regions.
  • University degree in business, economics, marketing or comparable field.
  • At least 2 years experience in B2B SaaS closing roles with proven quota achievement.
  • Proficient in outbound lead generation and skilled in addressing business leaders using MEDDIC methodology.
  • Native-level German and very good English skills.
  • Analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and strong teamwork skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in cybersecurity or compliance sales is a plus.
