What you will do

  • Own and optimize Salesforce as the single source of truth, building automations to remove friction.
  • Manage the day-to-day health of the GTM tool stack and ensure smooth integrations.
  • Prototype and deploy AI solutions to enhance revenue motions for Sales, Marketing, and CS.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track pipeline health, forecasting, and KPIs.
  • Identify and resolve inefficiencies across GTM processes in collaboration with leadership.
  • Drive adoption of new processes and train non-technical teams on tool usage.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations within the SaaS industry.
  • Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret data and surface trends.
  • Proven track record of managing GTM processes and tooling.
  • Ability to document work and maintain high attention to detail.
  • Collaborative mindset and clear communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with sales engagement platforms.
  • Knowledge of data enrichment tools and workflow automation.
