What you will do
- Own and optimize Salesforce as the single source of truth, building automations to remove friction.
- Manage the day-to-day health of the GTM tool stack and ensure smooth integrations.
- Prototype and deploy AI solutions to enhance revenue motions for Sales, Marketing, and CS.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track pipeline health, forecasting, and KPIs.
- Identify and resolve inefficiencies across GTM processes in collaboration with leadership.
- Drive adoption of new processes and train non-technical teams on tool usage.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations within the SaaS industry.
- Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret data and surface trends.
- Proven track record of managing GTM processes and tooling.
- Ability to document work and maintain high attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset and clear communication skills.
