What you will do

  • Develop and maintain a unified revenue operations strategy across acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
  • Align Sales, Marketing, and Client Success functions around shared KPIs and clear workflows.
  • Own the revenue-tech stack, including CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation, and reporting dashboards.
  • Analyze pipeline health, conversion velocity, and churn to provide actionable insights for leadership.
  • Identify and eliminate process inefficiencies through automation and redesign.
  • Manage and mentor the revenue operations team as the function scales.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in RevOps, SalesOps, or MarketingOps, preferably in high-growth companies.
  • Proven track record of building or maturing a RevOps function and managing a team.
  • Deep expertise with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo) and Salesforce admin capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting large datasets, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
  • Experience mapping end-to-end workflows and driving operational efficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Experience in health services, regulated industries, or subscription models.
  • Familiarity with Tableau or revenue-intelligence platforms.
  • MBA qualification.
