What you will do
- Develop and maintain a unified revenue operations strategy across acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
- Align Sales, Marketing, and Client Success functions around shared KPIs and clear workflows.
- Own the revenue-tech stack, including CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation, and reporting dashboards.
- Analyze pipeline health, conversion velocity, and churn to provide actionable insights for leadership.
- Identify and eliminate process inefficiencies through automation and redesign.
- Manage and mentor the revenue operations team as the function scales.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in RevOps, SalesOps, or MarketingOps, preferably in high-growth companies.
- Proven track record of building or maturing a RevOps function and managing a team.
- Deep expertise with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo) and Salesforce admin capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting large datasets, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
- Experience mapping end-to-end workflows and driving operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience in health services, regulated industries, or subscription models.
- Familiarity with Tableau or revenue-intelligence platforms.
- MBA qualification.
