TL;DR

Manager, Software Engineering (.NET/React): Leading a team of engineers to build B2B applications, payment systems, and transactional engines for a global ticketing platform with an accent on scalability and system reliability. Focus on mentoring engineers, optimizing software development practices, and delivering high-traffic consumer and enterprise solutions.

Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid/Onsite) or Remote (US only). Employer does not offer work visa sponsorship.

Salary: $144,000–$162,000

A global ticketing platform connecting fans with artists and teams across North America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania.

What you will do

  • Manage and mentor 4-6 engineers, including coaching and performance reviews.
  • Maintain hands-on involvement with code, conducting code reviews and improving software development practices.
  • Partner with Architecture, QA, Infrastructure, and Ops teams to drive technical initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Product, PMO, and stakeholders to coordinate work and execute project plans.
  • Participate in recruiting and retention efforts for the engineering team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on technical leadership experience as a senior or lead software engineer.
  • 3+ years of people management experience with at least 3 direct reports.
  • Strong skills in system design and full-stack development using ReactJS, .NET, and SQL.
  • Experience working in a CI/CD environment and deploying to AWS.
  • Must be based in the US; no work visa sponsorship is available.

Nice to have

  • Experience with containers, AWS CodeBuild, Spinnaker, and Terraform.
  • Knowledge of logging, monitoring, and alerting tools and best practices.
  • Experience with high-traffic, large-scale global consumer and enterprise software platforms.
  • Industry experience in ticketing.
