What you will do

• Own the Internal Developer Platform (IDP), including standardized service templates, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tooling.
• Lead SRE and production excellence, defining observability standards, incident management, and operational contracts.
• Oversee AI-assisted engineering via the proprietary dCoder platform and other AI tools to enhance developer workflow.
• Define and enforce architectural consistency and standards in partnership with the Principal engineering community.
• Drive organizational adoption of platform tools and processes across hundreds of engineers.
• Track and optimize key DORA metrics and AI-specific productivity and quality KPIs.

Requirements

• Proven experience running platform engineering or SRE functions at a scale of hundreds of engineers.
• Expertise in high-stakes, regulated environments like Fintech or payments.
• Deep understanding of the DORA framework and its application in AI-assisted development.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code.
• Strong track record of driving large-scale organizational change and adoption.
• Fluency in English is required.

• Experience building in-house AI coding platforms, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks.
• Public contributions via talks or open-source regarding platform engineering or reliability.
• Background in regulated financial services with production payment systems.
