What you will do
- Lead and coach a distributed team of experienced Account Executives, providing day-to-day prioritization and support.
- Act as an executive sponsor on major enterprise deals to navigate complex procurement and legal cycles.
- Design realistic goals and commission plans that drive desired sales behaviors.
- Monitor the North American pipeline to identify bottlenecks and provide performance coaching.
- Collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure a seamless internal and external experience.
- Architect consistent sales processes and workflows to maintain operational rigor.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, including significant experience managing senior reps.
- Proven track record as a top-tier individual contributor capable of handling 7-figure deals.
- Must be based in Canada (Toronto or Montreal) to comply with the hybrid office model.
- Experience leading distributed teams across various time zones.
- Strong commercial judgment and ability to build effective incentive plans.
Nice to have
- Background in Gaming, AdTech, or high-growth SaaS partnerships.
- Experience managing full-cycle sales motions, including net-new acquisition and account expansion.
- Proven ability to work effectively with C-suite stakeholders at Fortune 500 organizations.
