What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day team operations, create processes for efficiency, and proactively remove obstacles to meet goals and deadlines.
  • Handle people management including hiring, onboarding, career development, performance reviews, and consistent coaching via 1-1s and customer calls.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting on pipelines and future revenue.
  • Implement strategic processes and expand outbound sales programs to hit revenue targets.
  • Provide weekly reporting on team success, wins, challenges, and initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience leading Account Management teams.
  • Experience recruiting, hiring, and developing talented individuals.
  • Track record of success in sales leadership within a SaaS or B2B organization.
  • Analytical skills to turn metrics into decisions and present data impactfully.
  • Ability to identify process improvements for efficiency and productivity.
  • Experience in a fast-growth environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in sales in the CMMS industry or B2B SaaS startup.
