What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to identify AI opportunities and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Design and implement AI workflows, agents, copilots, and automations using LLMs and enterprise AI platforms.
• Integrate AI capabilities with systems like ServiceNow, Salesforce, and internal platforms via APIs and orchestration.
• Lead architecture for prompt engineering, workflow orchestration, data integration, and AI governance.
• Transition prototypes into scalable, secure production solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Promote responsible AI practices, security, compliance, and reusable patterns.

Requirements

• Experience building and deploying AI/ML or Generative AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, AI orchestration, APIs, and workflow automation.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar programming languages.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Location: Charlotte, NC required
