What you will do

Build working proof-of-concepts for AI-powered features and applications.
Explore and implement cutting-edge AI capabilities and LLM frameworks.
Integrate APIs and handle both structured and unstructured data.
Develop Agentic AI solutions, conversational chatbots, or summarization tools.
Collaborate in a research-driven environment using Git.

Requirements

Location: Must be based in Farmington Hills, MI
Advanced proficiency in Java.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Python.
Experience with prompt engineering and function calling in LLMs.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Experience with Git and collaborative development.

Nice to have

Experience with OpenAI or similar LLM frameworks.
Familiarity with Streamlit, FastAPI, or Flask for building UI/demo tools.
Prior experience building Agentic AI solutions, conversational AI chatbots or summarization tools.
