What you will do

• Own analytical strategy for a product area: identify key questions, define measurement frameworks, and drive data-informed decisions
• Partner with product and engineering leadership to frame problems, design analyses, and deliver actionable recommendations
• Define north-star metrics, oversee experiments and causal analyses, and ensure results influence product decisions
• Analyze user growth dynamics (acquisition, activation, retention) to diagnose trends and forecast opportunities
• Contribute to forecasting and growth modeling, translating models into strategies
• Mentor data scientists, establish frameworks, and represent data science in cross-functional forums

Requirements

• 8+ years in data science or quantitative analysis, shaping product strategy through data
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from problem framing to decisions
• Deep expertise in A/B testing, causal inference, SQL, and Python
• Experience owning product metrics used for decisions
• Track record of mentoring data scientists
• Strong communication to advocate data insights and update based on evidence
