Salary: $147,900 – $220,200

What you will do

• Define and deploy targeted GTM strategies to accelerate adoption of hirify.global Bedrock across industry verticals.
• Collaborate with product managers to influence product direction and identify new market opportunities.
• Develop joint-GTM plans and customer engagements with foundation model providers.
• Create training content for field teams and drive industry thought-leadership.
• Work with customers and solution architects to implement scalable GenAI solutions to solve complex business problems.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives including market sizing and pipeline building.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting.
• 5+ years of AI/ML experience.
• 5+ years of experience developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
• Experience selling cloud solutions at a software company or equivalent.
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules.
