What you will do
- Develop and implement video-first social media strategies aligned with client objectives and target audiences.
- Plan, create, and edit high-quality short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Manage the end-to-end content lifecycle: from copywriting and scheduling to publishing and performance tracking.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize content and inform future strategy adjustments.
- Adapt content tone and messaging to align with various brand identities and voices.
Requirements
- 2β5 years of experience in multimedia production or video editing with a focus on short-form social content.
- Proven ability to create fast-paced videos using sound effects, transitions, and motion elements.
- Must be based in Romania and possess a valid SRL or PFA for invoicing.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple content calendars and deadlines independently.
Nice to have
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
- Skills in motion graphics, animation, or professional graphic design.
- Familiarity with SEO, social media copywriting, paid ads, or analytics tools.
- Experience in direct client communication and creative collaboration.
