What you will do

• Manage daily operations of official Italian social media channels across platforms like X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Produce and publish original, high-quality content that engages both new and existing audiences.
• Monitor and engage with trends, key creators, and conversations within the global hirify.global community.
• Analyze performance data and audience insights to optimize content strategy and growth.
• Collaborate with marketing and events teams to execute campaigns supporting company-wide initiatives.
• Identify emerging platforms and pilot new content formats by leveraging new tools and algorithm updates.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian is required.
• Proven experience managing social media channels, preferably in gaming, entertainment, or tech.
• Deep knowledge of hirify.global rules, notation, and tournament culture.
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging, viral content that aligns with internet culture.
• Proficiency with photo and video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or CapCut.
