Community Manager

TL;DR

What you will do

• Plan and execute community engagement across key platforms, defining voice, tone, and moderation standards for each community.
• Build inclusive community spaces, manage onboarding flows, and ensure members feel heard, rewarded, and connected.
• Moderate communities and handle sensitive or escalating situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Draft and publish community updates, event announcements, campaign messaging, and known-issue communications across multiple IPs and audiences.
• Support cross-platform strategy and activations across Discord, Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, Roblox, and other relevant channels.
• Monitor community sentiment and engagement trends, provide weekly qualitative/quantitative reporting, and coordinate event support and prize/winner communications.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in community management, social media management, player engagement, or a related role.
• Proven multi-platform community management experience (e.g., Discord, Reddit, major social channels).
• Strong Discord expertise, including server structure, moderation tools, role systems, and bots.
• Strong knowledge of gaming communities and player behavior across platforms (including Roblox and Fortnite).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and present in community-facing settings.
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during active campaign windows and live events.
