What you will do

  • Build and maintain relationships with key clinical customers across the Perioperative portfolio.
  • Coach clinicians during product evaluations and advocate for hirify.global technology.
  • Conduct clinical needs assessments and implement product conversions.
  • Collaborate with sales professionals to identify customer insights and develop marketing strategies.
  • Stay current on hemodynamic monitoring trends, enhanced recovery, and goal-directed fluid therapy.
  • Provide evidence-based research to support clinical practice recommendations.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Texas.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably within critical care.
  • Strong knowledge of critical care and the ability to influence clinical outcomes.
  • Valid full driver's license and safe driving record.
  • Ability to travel 70-80% of the time.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice to have

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Registered Nurse (RN) certification.
