Location: Hybrid – Cardiff or Redhill (2–3 days per week onsite)

What you will do

• Develop and implement a UK people strategy aligned with overall business priorities and organisational effectiveness.
• Lead complex employee relations activity, including restructures, sickness management, and collective consultations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on workforce sustainability and commercial outcomes.
• Manage UK HR governance, including payroll audits, P11D processing, and HR policy evolution.
• Oversee UK visa activity, budget management, and locally competitive reward strategies.
• Manage facilities and office operations across two UK sites, including landlord and supplier relationships.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
• CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a strategic/HRBP role in the UK.
• Deep expertise in UK employment law and employee relations.
• Proven experience supporting senior leadership through organisational change and transformation.
• Ability to work from Cardiff or Redhill 2–3 days per week.
