Location: Must be based in the West, US Region. 75% travel required.

Salary: $225,000 – $260,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies for key strategic accounts to drive prenatal test volume and revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Women’s Health Service Line Leaders and clinical influencers in Health Systems.
• Lead and develop a team of strategic account managers to ensure exceptional service delivery and alignment with client goals.
• Collaborate with field sales, medical sales liaisons, and medical directors to deliver education on Women's Health solutions.
• Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for account growth.
• Monitor account performance metrics and prepare regular business reviews for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of physician sales experience in a diagnostic laboratory business, preferably in genetics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Strategic Accounts, Business Development, or Major Account Management sales processes.
• Preferred 3 years of successful sales management or consulting experience in a diagnostic laboratory business.
• Proven track record of managing large, complex accounts and driving revenue growth.
• Ability to travel 75% of the time.
