Salary: $180,000 — $240,000 USD

What you will do

• Partner with Growth Marketing to execute creative strategies across Meta, TV, YouTube, and email channels.
• Design an end-to-end AI-assisted creative system, including prompt libraries, guardrails, and asset databases.
• Oversee a high-volume production pipeline for UGC, motion, and paid media assets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, CRM, and Engineering to deploy AI-powered creative across the customer lifecycle.
• Develop structured testing frameworks and AI-powered methodologies to translate performance data into creative insights.
• Lead and mentor a hybrid team of designers, editors, and AI specialists.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in creative strategy or marketing leadership roles.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion, or Adobe Firefly.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, brand storytelling, and content operations.
• Ability to translate complex technology into scalable creative systems.
• Must be based in the United States.
