Salary: $180,000 – $200,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Drive sales and adoption of Prospera and Renasight diagnostic tests within transplant centers.
• Develop and execute tailored business plans to exceed sales goals and optimize territory resources.
• Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and transplant specialists.
• Educate stakeholders in academic medical centers and nephrology practices on genetic testing solutions.
• Represent the company with technical expertise, staying current on advancements in laboratory diagnostics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive business growth and foster a high-performance sales culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive sales experience in lab-developed tests, diagnostics, or transplant-related specialties.
• Deep understanding of transplant settings or similar specialty medicine.
• Ability to travel 3-4 days per week within the PNW territory.
• Proven track record of closing deals and building strong client relationships.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
