What you will do

• Convert equity research insights into scalable AI platform features to assist retail investors with stock discovery and selection.
• Design and evaluate LLM-based workflows to process unstructured data and translate it into structured metrics and factors.
• Develop sector-based factor models utilizing a mix of traditional fundamental research and quantitative design.
• Oversee the alignment of stock-picking models and produce structured reports to surface the best market opportunities.
• Partner with the Engineering team to implement APIs, DAGs, and databases, ensuring reproducible backtests and evaluations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of buy-side public markets investing experience at a hedge fund, long-only fund, or family office.
• Practical experience with LLM workflows, including prompt/context engineering and structured extraction.
• Proficiency in programming, coding, or working with data to build automated equity analysis features.
• Strong forensic accounting knowledge and experience building three-statement and sector-wide models.
• Proven ability to perform independent fundamental research across multiple sectors.
• Location: Must be able to work onsite in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey
