What you will do
- Own end-to-end monthly and quarterly compensation cycles, including data validation, calculation, and payout delivery.
- Administer compensation plans within CaptivateIQ, ensuring accuracy and alignment with plan logic.
- Maintain data integrity across Salesforce, CaptivateIQ, and reporting tools to resolve discrepancies.
- Support plan design through modeling, scenario analysis, and impact assessments for GTM strategy.
- Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and scale compensation workflows to reduce manual risk.
- Partner cross-functionally with RevOps, Sales Leadership, Finance, and People teams to report on performance trends.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in sales compensation, RevOps, Finance, or a related analytical role.
- Proven experience owning compensation administration at scale within high-growth environments.
- Strong proficiency in CaptivateIQ or similar tools such as Xactly or Spiff.
- Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets (complex formulas, modeling) and working knowledge of Salesforce.
- Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools.
- Must be based in the USA within 45 miles of one of the specified company hubs.
