TL;DR

Sr ETF Analyst (Finance): Developing ETF research and analysis for fixed income and alternatives ETFs with an accent on product positioning and market insights. Focus on collaborating cross-functionally to drive strategic growth and ensuring product integrity through deep market analysis.

Location: Must be based in New York, NY (Hybrid: at least 4 days per week in office)

Salary: $170,000 – $185,000 annually

What you will do

• Develop product segment research and analysis on hirify.global ETFs and broader financial markets.
• Create and update product materials to effectively position the ETF product line.
• Project manage and lead research projects as assigned by senior leadership.
• Partner with ETF strategists and specialists to support clients and ensure product integrity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Portfolio Management, Capital Markets, Sales, and Marketing.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of investment management or research experience.
• Solid understanding of fixed-income and alternatives investing.
• Required familiarity and industry experience with ETFs and indices.
• Undergraduate degree in business, finance, mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Ability to obtain Series 7 & 63 licenses.
• Must be based in New York, NY to comply with the firm's workplace model.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Bloomberg, Morningstar Direct, FactSet, or Python.
• CFA track or progress towards an advanced degree.
