Salary: $135,000 - $147,700 annually

What you will do

• Provide FP&A support for the Supply Chain & Operations organization, focusing on forecasting COGS, BOMs, E&O, and Inventory.
• Coordinate annual budget and long-range plan deliverables in collaboration with Operations.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support ongoing forecasting needs.
• Implement scalable technology solutions to optimize finance processes for increased speed and agility.
• Analyze component forecast inputs against targets and perform ad hoc financial analyses.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in San Jose, United States
• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain, or a similar analytical discipline.
• 4+ years of FP&A experience supporting hardware or product engineering organizations.
• Deep understanding of COGS, BOMs, and inventory accounting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (proficiency with index, offsets, arrays, etc.).
• Experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), Anaplan, and NetSuite.

Nice to have

• MBA or CPA certification.
• Experience leveraging AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to optimize workloads and build visualization tools.
