TL;DR

Regional Director, Breast Oncology: Lead a team of Clinical Breast Oncology Specialists to accelerate adoption of Sighirify.global molecular residual disease test with an accent on regional strategy, KOL partnerships, and commercial excellence. Focus on developing business plans, fostering cross-functional alignment, and driving sustained revenue growth in breast oncology market.

Location: West US Region. Willingness to travel 50-75% within the region.

Salary: $240,000–$280,000 USD (1st year OTE, base + uncapped commissions + car allowance + RSUs)

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10 Clinical Breast Oncology Specialists to exceed sales goals.
  • Develop and execute regional business plans for product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Engage key opinion leaders and build partnerships with physicians, hospitals, and health systems.
  • Provide field coaching, strategic guidance, and manage regional budgets.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional partners on strategy execution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies including HIPAA and privacy standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or Marketing (advanced degree preferred)
  • Minimum 8 years clinical sales experience, 5+ years sales management, ideally in oncology diagnostics
  • Deep expertise in breast oncology with established relationships in health systems and networks.
  • Proven ability to lead teams in multi-state territories and hit growth targets.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
  • Willingness to travel 50-75% in West US Region
